No Strings Dating exists for one kind of meeting: two adults who both want it casual and both say so first.
There is no exclusivity to negotiate and no future to discuss. People use the site to look for casual sex, hookups and company with no commitment, and they say what they are after on their profile, so nobody has to guess.
Members must be 18 or over, or 21 in the few US states the terms name. The two biggest groups of members are in the UK and the USA, and the biggest age group on the site is 35 to 44. Here is how members divide by age:

Simple to use, private from the start

- Everyone starts on Classic. You can browse, build a profile and read messages sent by VIP members. VIP and VIP Plus are paid levels; the details and prices are on the pricing page.
- You choose how much to show. Other members see a username and your nearest town. Your real name, email address and address stay with you.
- Support is human. It runs around the clock by chat and messaging, and the Contact us form on the members site sorts a message into profile issues, account questions, reports about a member, technical problems, complaints, misuse of your images and data protection.
The rules every member signs up to
The member terms and the safety standards are short on what is not allowed and strict about it. In plain words:
- No harassing, stalking or impersonating anyone, and no asking other members for money.
- Content is for personal dating only: no advertising of commercial services and no promoting other sites.
- Nobody under 18 can appear in or be referred to in any content, and nobody else's face goes up without their permission.
- Accounts can be ended for abusive, threatening, fraudulent, obscene or illegal behaviour, and cases of fraud or illegal activity can be passed to law enforcement.
- The safety standards set a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation, with immediate removal and reporting to the authorities.

Every profile has a report button, and blocking someone is instant. If a message or photo breaks the rules, report it from inside the site so it can be reviewed and removed. For anything that needs a person, use the Contact us form on the members site, or the support chat once you have joined.

The company named in the member terms and the privacy policy runs the service, and it is the one that bills subscriptions. Both documents open from the links at the foot of every page, so you can read exactly who you are dealing with before you join.
Is No Strings Dating only for casual sex?
It is built for adults who want casual meets with no commitment, and members say what they are looking for on their profiles. If you want something different, the site is probably not the right place, and nobody here will pretend otherwise.
How do I remove my profile?
Use the Membership page in your account to remove your profile and data. Cancelling a paid plan does not delete your profile by itself, so do both if you are leaving. The terms and privacy policy explain how long some records are kept.
